An energy audit of your home can be a cost effective way to reduce your energy bills. Also some improvement works are subject to available grant. See www.seai.ie The audit will highlight areas where improvements can be made to the energy performance of the house. Advice is also given on renewable energy systems and how appropriate they will be for your home. The audit uses the same software as the Dwelling Energy Assessment Procedure (DEAP). The Home Energy Audit covers the following areas:

  • Ventilation
  • Space and Water Heating
  • Lighting
  • Electricity Usage
  • Renewable Energy Options
  • Advice on Renovations

The Energy Audit report gives very detailed results and advice on the areas where you can make improvements. A proposed specifications document of the improvements will be provided and a before and after BER.

€ 375.00 inc Vat + € 25.00 SEI fees
( a grant of € 80.00 is available for the before and after BER under the House Energy Saving Scheme )
